Upgrade credits

Start at $500. If you upgrade later, what you paid counts toward the next tier — you only pay the difference. $500 toward $1,000. $1,000 toward $2,500.

Credits apply to the next tier up only — not sideways or down — and expire after 90 days.

This is the upgrade path. It does not add time with Natan to the $500 DIY tier.

Revision & modification policy (plain English)

$500 is DIY. $1,000 is done with you. $2,500 is done for you.

Voice, tone, and setup are part of the original build. We work that until both sides approve. After approval, the build is done.

Any change after that — new instructions, new knowledge, retuning the AI coach, reshaping a C-suite role — is a modification.
